The external form of the building consists of a gabled form wrapped in standing seam metal cladding on the top level. The ground floor podium is a luxe polished concrete finish, providing a striking aesthetic whilst also providing a highly energy efficient building envelope.
Internally, the generous floor plan provides ample space for this family, with extensive glass pocket doors allowing seamless transition between the open plan living, alfresco and indoor pool spaces.
