Located on the Newtown Hill, this project renovated the existing weatherboard dwelling to provide 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

A split level extension was added clad in black zinc and incorporating in-situ concrete panels, along with expansive glazing. This modern extension was carefully designed to appear concealed from the street, with the dwelling only revealing it's true extents once entered.
