In the leafy Ballarat suburb of Mount Clear, a sloping corner block has been developed into a residential aged care facility, accommodating 110 bedrooms for a range of levels of care.

The building provides a range and scale of different communal spaces for varying levels of intimacy, with the resident rooms surrounding the central dining and lounge spaces. The access to natural light is provided through a combination of skylights and connection from both common spaces and rooms to external landscaped courtyards.
