Located on one of Newtown's finest streets this project saw the subdivision and creation of two new dwellings.
The external form of the building consists of a gabled form wrapped in standing seam metal cladding on the top level, punctuated with feature brickwork. This brickwork is the main feature of the the ground floor, with feature courses providing visual interest, referencing the craftsmanship of neighbouring brick dwellings.
Internally, the design provides a flexible layout, with an abundance of natural light and high ceilings throughout.
